how can be Happens because the CISCO IDs 27000 is in process so how cisco can assign you Id from 25000 range ??????

Lying, about what?
Someome took the version 4 routing and switching lab and passed. If you think this is a lie, then maybe you should take it up with Internetworkexpert for posting the story or ask the candidate yourself.
